As the CM on a project, we are the owner’s advocate, ensuring that all concerns regarding quality, cost, schedule, safety, function, and scope are met to the owner’s satisfaction.
Bids / Negotiated Work
As is customary, we submit competitive bids on both sealed-bid and design-bid build projects. Alternatively, we’re more than happy negotiate the price and terms of a project directly with the owner.
